If possible i would like to reserve Grimmjow Jaegerjaques seeing as he is one of the strongest and collest Espada...maybe not strongest.

Welcome to Obedient Souls!During the time of war, nearly three years ago to this time...a battle between arrancar led by exile shinigami and an army built to defeat hollows of any kind took place. Led by the head captain himself, Yamamoto-soutaichou...it would seem that victory was inevitable. Aizen had been in control of the arrancar for a very short amount of time and they hadn't received the proper training to defeat shinigami. While the shinigami that entered the battle were trained for hundreds of years on how to deal with the hollow scum. As the battle unfolded, the fraccion of the Espada were taken out one by one, whittling down their pitiful forces with relative ease. Barragan, Halibel, and Stark...the top 3 Espada in Aizen's command entered battle with the taichou and fukutaichou. Among the taichou and fukutaichout that were killed were Ukitake Jushiro, who had an attack in the middle of battle, being stricken down in his time of vulnerability by Barragan. Marechiyo Oumaeda and Tetsuzaemon Iba also fell victim to their demise. Many others walked away with wounds that would be difficult to recover from.
Eventually, the three top Espada were defeated by the strong attacks of the taichou from the Gotei 13, falling by the hands of Yamamoto-soutaichou and Kyouraku-taichou with relative ease. Next came the traitors who had betrayed Soul Society. In the battle that ensued...the vizard stepped in and three were killed by Aizen and Gin with ease. Tousen simply waited for his cue to have to fight, not being stressed by the fact that battle emerged between them. The fire prison was gone and now they could unleash their full powers, easily dealing heavy blows to the vizard as they threw themselves at them. The shinigami did nothing but watch as Hirako Shinji, the last of the vizard, made his move against Aizen and Gin. However, his hate filled heart was no match for the two super powered taichou and he was dealt the finish blow at the hands of Gin's Shinsou. That was when Hitsugaya Toushirou and Matsumoto Rangiku entered the fray to take on Gin while Komamura Sajin went to try and take Tousen out. In the last moments of the battle, Ichimaru Gin was dealt the final blow by Matsumoto Rangiku...who was said to have tears in her eyes as it happened. A look of bliss crossed the fox-faced man's face and he fell limp. The end result of Komamura Sajin's battle with Tousen Kaname was the two killed each other in one final attack...which could be nothing but a happy death for both.
Aizen stood against many...the odds were obviously stacked against him. Conceding defeat would only get him killed...and that was something that was inevitable at this point. With a final attempt at victory, he flung both hands into the air, flinging kidou spells in the direction of them all. However, Yamamoto was already going into action before the spells could be cast. Once more unleashing the fury of his zanpakutou, his fukutaichou, Sasakibe Choujirou, flung himself into the way of a kidou spell which almost instantly killed him. Despite this, Yamamoto resumed the strike with calm precision, easily wiping Aizen out with his zanpakutou.
Meanwhile, in Hueco Mundo, a battle for the girl Inoue Orihime ensued. Kurosaki Ichigo fought with the Quatro Espada, Ulquiorra Schiffer. With quite a bit of difficulty, Ulquiorra was fending off the masked Ichigo. However, when it came to an instant when he could no longer hold his own in his unreleased state...he released his zanpakutou. Ichigo went to swing at him, barely hesitating when Ulquiorra released. The released arrancar simply caught the thin blade of Tensa Zangetsu, snapping it with ease before piercing Ichigo's chest with his sharp claws. Ichigo fell to the floor and was tossed out into the human world, where the shinigami could deal with him. However, from the broken piece of Zangetsu on the ground came a thick, suffocating smog. As the smog cleared, a man dressed entirely in white, wearing the arrancar uniform emerged...somebody who looked exactly like Kurosaki Ichigo. Without asking any questions, Ulquiorra simply attacked, only to be smacked down with the Ichigo-clone's bare hand. "I'm that boy's inner hollow...and no longer will his hollow powers be accessible..." He stated to Ulquiorra, who was confused for quite a while.
Ichigo was taken to Soul Society and underwent surgery from the 4th Division taichou for nearly three days, constantly being treated by some high-ranking 4th Divisioner. After four days of intensive care...he was finally brought to a point where he could regain consciousness and remain conscious. He wouldn't be able to return to his human body because the damage was so serious. So he would simply remain in Soul Society rather than going back to the human world. A proper burial was held for his true body...but one person in particular was not present. The very girl he'd gone to Hueco Mundo to save. Inoue Orihime.
In Hueco Mundo, a new Espada was being built...because of Shiro's rule they were much stronger than before. Hollows were wanting to be by his side because he was much stronger than the previous "ruler", who wasn't even a hollow. The only arrancar that was under Aizen's rule that remained under Shiro's command was Ulquiorra Schiffer, who pledged loyalty to the arrancar, who was said to be the fabled Vasto Lorde that they had all been waiting for. Shiro had no mask fragments but it was clear that he was an arrancar because of his being able to release his zanpakutou and take on the form of a hollow.
So...for the three years after the battle. Ichigo's inner hollow, Shiro, took over Hueco Mundo...and Ichigo took the spot as 13th Division taichou after undergoing a bit of Academy training. No longer did the boy have his hollow powers, which was probably the reason he was admitted into the Gotei 13 in the first place...but he knew that the threat of Shiro still lingered. More dangerous than before. And he also had Orihime.
